Description

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas until smooth but with a few small chunks remaining.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
