- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- fresh cilantro (chopped (for garnish))
- lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook Beef Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Add taco seasoning, water, black beans, and rice. Cook until heated through.
- Assemble Burritos: Place a portion of the beef filling on a tortilla, top with cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Roll up the burrito, tucking in the sides.
- Serve: Garnish with more salsa, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
