Scale
- 2 cups of peach tea (brewed or tea bags)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup peach puree or peach nectar
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (for fizz)

Instructions
- Brew the tea: Brew your peach tea according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate it to speed up the cooling process.
- Prepare the raspberry puree: In a blender, blend the raspberries until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds if desired.
- Mix the peach and raspberry elements: In a pitcher, combine the cooled peach tea with the raspberry puree and peach nectar. Stir well to mix.
- Add sweetness: If you want to sweeten the iced tea, add honey or your preferred sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the peach raspberry iced tea over the ice.
- Add fizz: Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda for a light effervescence.
- Garnish (optional): Garnish with fresh peach slices and a few raspberries.
- Enjoy! Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic option, this Bellini-inspired iced tea is perfect as is! You could also experiment with adding a splash of white wine for an adult version.
- Adjust sweetness to taste, especially if you’re using sweetened peach nectar.
