  • 1 tbsp honey (or simple syrup)
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
  • 4 oz ginger beer

Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Blueberries

  1. In a copper mug or cocktail shaker, add blueberries and honey (or simple syrup).
  2. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the blueberries, releasing their juices.

Step 2: Mix the Cocktail

  1. Add vodka and fresh lime juice to the mug/shaker. Stir or shake well to combine.
  2. Fill the mug with ice cubes and pour over ginger beer.

Step 3: Garnish & Serve
