Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, cut into long strips)
- 4 tablespoon butter (unsalted, divided)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounce spaghetti (or linguini)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Season the chicken: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, white pepper, and salt. Season the chicken strips with this mixture.
- Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the cream sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine and serve: Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss to coat the chicken in the sauce. Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked spaghetti or linguini. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- This dish can be served with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad.
