- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Grill or cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
