Description

These Chicken Ranch Wraps are a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.   • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Grill or cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  5. Lay out your tortillas on a flat surface.
  6. In the center of each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, shredded cheese, and red onion.
  7. Place a few slices of chicken on top of the veggies.
  8. Drizzle with ranch dressing and add any optional toppings like bacon bits or avocado slices.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
