Ingredients
- – 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- – 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- – 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- – 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- – 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- – 1 rib celery, diced
- – 1/2 cup halved grapes
- – 1/4 cup diced red onion
- – 4 croissants
- – Butter lettuce for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, and dill. Mix well.
2. Add in the cooked chicken, celery, grapes, and red onion. Stir until evenly coated with the dressing.
3. Split the croissants in half and lightly toast them. Place a leaf of butter lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant.
4. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce and top with the other half of the croissant.
