- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Assemble the casserole: Pour the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Top with tater tots: Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
