Ingredients
– 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup Sour Cream
– 1 bunch Green Onion stems, thin sliced
– 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– 3 large Tortillas
– 7 oz Whole Cranberry Sauce
– 1/2 lb Deli Turkey Breast, thin sliced
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
3. Top the cream cheese layer with a layer of cranberry sauce, followed by a layer of turkey slices.
4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Slice the chilled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
– For a twist, add a layer of spinach leaves or crispy bacon before rolling up the tortillas.
– To make it more festive, sprinkle some chopped pecans or dried cranberries on top of the cream cheese layer before adding the cranberry sauce.
