  • 2 cups (480ml) beef broth

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Saute Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is translucent.
  3. Add Ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
