Description

This Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole is a comforting and delicious dish that the whole family will love. Creamy chicken, mixed vegetables, and egg noodles are baked together to create the perfect weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

– 2 cups Milk

– 2 10 oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup

– 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables

– 2 cups Egg Noodles, uncooked

– 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced

– 1/2 tsp Salt

– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

– 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

– 1/4 tsp Basil

– 1/4 tsp Oregano


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and cream of chicken soup.

3. Add in frozen mixed vegetables, egg noodles, cooked chicken, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.

4. Mix everything together until well combined.

5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

7. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.

8. Let cool slightly before serving.


Notes

– You can add a layer of shredded cheese on top before baking for a cheesy twist.

– Feel free to swap out the frozen mixed vegetables for fresh vegetables of your choice.
