Description

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or sub coconut sugar
  • 2 limes
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken: Dredge chicken breasts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken: In a skillet, heat coconut and olive oil, then sear chicken until golden brown.
