Description

Instructions

  1. Prep the Steak: Season cubed steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Optionally, coat the steak in flour.
  2. Brown the Steak (Optional): Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Assemble in Crockpot: Place the seasoned steak in the slow cooker. Add the chopped onion, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir to combine.
