Ingredients
– 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8 ounces each) or boneless, skinless thighs

Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and desired seasonings.
2. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
