Description

These refreshing cucumber sandwiches are perfect for a light and tasty snack. Creamy cream cheese with a hint of dill and garlic spread on soft bread, topped with crisp cucumber slices – a delightful treat!


Ingredients

– 1/2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced

– 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened

– 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

– 1 tsp fresh Dill, chopped

– 1/8 tsp Onion Powder

– 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

– Salt & Pepper to taste

– 12 slices Bread


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

2. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.

3. Arrange cucumber slices on half of the bread slices and top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.

4. Cut the sandwiches into desired shapes and serve.


Notes

– For a twist, add thinly sliced radishes or avocado to the sandwiches.

– To make it more filling, add some cooked chicken or turkey slices.
