- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare Cucumbers: Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
- Make Peanut Sauce: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, honey, garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, and parsley.
