- 1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
- 1 package (about 17.3 oz or 500g) Puff pastry sheets
- Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing the muffin tin)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar, set aside.
- Unroll puff pastry sheets, flatten slightly with a rolling pin, brush with softened butter, and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Cut the puff pastry into 1.5-inch wide strips and roll each into a spiral. Place into the prepared muffin tin standing upright.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let the cruffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute croissant dough for puff pastry if needed.
