Ingredients
– 1 pound salmon, cut into 1 inch cubes
– 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon minced black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
– For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mixture.
– You can also substitute the salmon with another type of fish, such as cod or halibut.
