Description

This Fluffy Pineapple Salad is a delightful combination of crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, coconut flakes, and whipped topping, topped with pecans for a crunchy texture. It’s a refreshing and sweet treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

– 1 can Crushed Pineapple, 20 oz

– 1 package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding mix, 3.4 oz

– 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

– 1 1/2 cups Coconut Flakes

– 8 oz Whipped Topping

– 1/2 cup chopped Pecans

– Maraschino Cherries, optional


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together crushed pineapple (undrained) and vanilla pudding mix until well combined.

2. Stir in mini marshmallows and coconut flakes.

3. Gently fold in whipped topping until everything is evenly mixed.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Just before serving, sprinkle chopped pecans on top and garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
