Description

This delightful beverage combines the tangy zest of lemons with the tropical sweetness of ripe kiwis, creating a refreshing drink perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 8 ripe kiwis, peeled and mashed
  • 7 lemons, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 810 cups cold water

Instructions

 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the mashed kiwis and granulated sugar.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in 8 cups of cold water, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more water if desired.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
