- 8 ripe kiwis, peeled and mashed
- 7 lemons, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 8–10 cups cold water
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the mashed kiwis and granulated sugar.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Pour in 8 cups of cold water, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more water if desired.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.
