- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Repeat for all biscuits.
Step 3: Bake and Finish
- Place the sealed bombs in the prepared baking dish.
- Brush the tops with the melted butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and fresh parsley (if using).
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky delights!
Notes
- Make it spicier: Add jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the beef mixture for a little heat!
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
- Freezing tip: You can freeze the assembled bombs (before baking) for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-22 minutes.
