Whether you’re serving them for a family dinner, party, or as a game-day snack, these bombs are guaranteed to be a hit. Juicy beef, melty cheese, and a garlic parmesan finish make these a mouthwatering treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully combined. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Bombs

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Repeat for all biscuits.

Step 3: Bake and Finish

  1. Place the sealed bombs in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Brush the tops with the melted butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and fresh parsley (if using).
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky delights!

Notes

  • Make it spicier: Add jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the beef mixture for a little heat!
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
  • Freezing tip: You can freeze the assembled bombs (before baking) for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-22 minutes.
