Ingredients
– 1 lb Ground Beef
– 3 Potatoes, peeled and diced
– 1 Onion, finely diced
– 1 tbsp minced Garlic
– 3 cups Beef Broth
– 24 oz Italian/Spaghetti Sauce
– 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
– 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
Instructions
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the potatoes, onion, and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the beef broth, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then add the mixed vegetables and continue cooking until all the vegetables are tender.
5. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Enjoy hot!
Notes
– To add a smoky flavor, consider using smoked paprika or liquid smoke.
