Description

Ingredients

– 3/4 cup milk

– 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

– 2 large eggs

– 2 teaspoons dried minced onion

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage

– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

– 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Glaze:

– 1/4 cup ketchup

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground mustard

– 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine milk, bread crumbs, eggs, minced onion, salt, and sage. Mix well.

3. Add the ground beef and mushrooms to the mixture, and mix until combined.
