1 cup vegetables (such as sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers) - 12 pre-made mini tart crusts (or you can use homemade dough if preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 tsp each)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare Your Filling
Whisk together eggs and milk (or cream). Add your cheese, cooked bacon, and sautéed veggies (if using). - Fill the Tart Shells
Place pre-made tart shells on a baking sheet. Fill each shell with the egg mixture, leaving some room at the top. - Bake
Bake the mini quiches for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden. - Cool and Serve
Allow the quiches to cool slightly before serving.
