Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies (mint-flavored or regular, your choice!)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened, typically 1 package)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Green food coloring (a few drops, for desired color)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. -
Mix the Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar
Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. -
Add the Crushed Oreos and Mint Flavor
Stir in the crushed Oreos and vanilla extract. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until the desired color is reached. -
Adjust the Texture (If Needed)
If the spread is too thick, add a tiny splash of milk or heavy cream to make it smoother. -
Chill and Serve
Chill the spread in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
Notes
