Main Ingredients:
- 1 cup about 4 – 6 Radishes, chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 2 Spring Onions diced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Jalapeno diced fine, optional
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop the radishes, red onion, spring onions, cilantro, and jalapeno as directed.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients. Add salt and lime juice, then mix well.
- Chill and Serve: Allow the flavors to meld in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled with your favorite dishes or as a dip with tortilla chips.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeno according to your preference.
