- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in the baking dish, skin-side up.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, rubbing it under the skin for maximum flavor. Arrange lemon slices around the chicken for extra zest.
