Ingredients

- 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Prep the Chicken and Slow Cooker:

Add the Gravy Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme (optional). Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s fully covered. -
Cook Low and Slow:
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds. -
Shred the Chicken:
