Description

This Spinach and Feta Grilled Cheese is a delicious twist on the classic sandwich, with the addition of flavorful spinach, creamy feta, and gooey mozzarella. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 lb. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 oz. feta
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Spinach Filling: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, add spinach, season with salt and pepper, cook until wilted.
  2. Assemble Sandwich: Butter bread slices, place mozzarella, spinach mixture, feta, and crushed red pepper between slices.
