- 1 fresh or frozen lobster tail
- 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 12 lasagna noodles (either traditional or no-boil)
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Seafood: Cook lobster tails in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Remove meat, chop into pieces. Cook shrimp in olive oil until pink, chop, and set aside.
- Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Make the Seafood Sauce: Melt butter in the same pan, cook garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer, stirring to avoid curdling. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and fold in lobster and shrimp. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles if using traditional, drain. In a baking dish, layer with seafood sauce, cheese mixture, and noodles, repeating layers. Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake the Lasagna: Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.
