Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Seafood: Cook lobster tails in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Remove meat, chop into pieces. Cook shrimp in olive oil until pink, chop, and set aside.
  2. Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. Make the Seafood Sauce: Melt butter in the same pan, cook garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer, stirring to avoid curdling. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and fold in lobster and shrimp. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles if using traditional, drain. In a baking dish, layer with seafood sauce, cheese mixture, and noodles, repeating layers. Top with remaining mozzarella.
