- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 2 tbsp pink or red sprinkles (for decoration)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside.
- In another heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate the same way. Set aside.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer using a spatula.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer in a zig-zag pattern. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together for a marbled effect.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, chopped almonds, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles over the chocolate bark.
- For an extra touch, lightly sprinkle with sea salt for contrast.
- Allow the chocolate bark to cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
