Description
A creamy and cheesy casserole made with broccoli florets and Velveeta cheese, topped with a buttery Ritz cracker crust.
Ingredients
– 36 oz frozen Broccoli florets
– 3/4 cup melted Butter, divided
– 24 oz Velveeta
– 45 Ritz Crackers, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the broccoli according to package instructions and drain well.
3. In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter and Velveeta over low heat until smooth.
4. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cheese mixture.
5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
6. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the crackers.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
– For added flavor, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top before baking.
– You can also add cooked chicken or ham for a protein boost.
